Everyone wants to do good for their country and win the World Cup – Harmanpreet Kaur

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Harmanpreet said that there is a positive environment in the Indian camp and the players want to win the World Cup for their country.

“The semi-final was a high-pressure, very intense game. After that, recovery was something we all paid more attention to, because the more active we were, mentally, [for the final] The more the better. We’ve been working hard for many years…so, in terms of skill, we know we’ve done a lot. Now, it’s just a matter of keeping ourselves fresh for tomorrow. “Recovery is something we all talk about, everyone is taking this really seriously and hopefully tomorrow we will feel fresh for the main match,” Harmanpreet said.

“We as a team did not lose even once despite losing three big matches. Even after that everyone was together and we were all saying that we still have a great chance to reach the final. It is this positive mentality that got us here. Our team has a positive mentality and everyone wants to do good for their country and win the World Cup.”
