Haus Cramer to brew Efes Pilsener in Germany

Haus Cramer Group Group Group has signed a deal to produce the EFS Pilsener Beer brand.

HC Drinks Solutions, a section of Haus Cramer, confirmed a “strategic partnership” with Efes Deutschland yesterday (July 1).

HC Drinks Solutions, which was established in 2023 as the Haus Cramer service arm, specializes in contract production, packaging, packing packing and storage.

Efes Pilsner will be prepared in the Haus Cramer facility in the town of Warstein, with production starting in “Fall 2025”, and sticks to the original recipe.

HC Drinks Solutions said the deal is “great benefits” for wholesalers by “improving logistics” and providing “one” solution.

Efes Deutschland, part of Anadolu EFES since 2010, has supplied German consumers with Efes beer for more than a decade. Just drink Haus Cramer asked about the company that dealt with the fermentation of Efes in Germany before this deal.

In the statement, Adriano Leo, Managing Director of HC Drinks Solutions, described Efes Pilsner as an “important addition” to the company’s portfolio.

“This partnership strengthens our location in the German market, allowing us to continue the production of Efes Pilsener according to the highest standards. It provides long -term security and creates perfect conditions for Numona in Europe and beyond.”

Last May, HC Drinks Solutions concluded an agreement to produce the Asahi Group Holdings in the Warstein facility.

Last September, Haus Cramer announced the closure of the Thanhausen production site in Bavaria, which affects 18 employees.

Last month, the authorities in Russia again refused to propose Anadolu Efes to buy anheuser-busch inbev (AB Inbev) in its joint project.

AB Inbev and Anadolu Efes AB Inbev Efes were established in 2018. JV combines both their Russian and Ukrainian works.

In December 2023, AB Inbev, known as LEFFE, confirmed that she will sell its 50 % share in the Russian joint project to Anadolu Efes.

However, the Russian authorities prevented the deal in August of the following year.

Two months later, AB Inbev and Anadolu Efes have ended a new agreement to sell its share in Russian operations for their joint project.

On the other hand, the Belgian beer plans to acquire the Anadolu Efes share on the Ukrainian side of the partnership.

Moscow took over the Russian part of the joint project in January.
