Hegseth suggests judge report to military bases after ruling that Pentagon must allow transgender troops

Defense Minister Beit Higseth said on Saturday that the judge who ruled that the Pentagon should allow the transgender forces to submit reports to the military bases because it “has now become a major military plan.”
The American boycott judge, Anna Reyes, in Washington, DC, issued a preliminary order last week to prevent the Pentagon from enforcing president Donald Trump’s executive order, who is prohibiting the transgender people from service in the army.
“The expression of the” wrong sexual identity “is different from the genus of the individual cannot fulfill the strict standards necessary for military service,” Trump said, and the Ministry of Defense ordered the update of its medical standards for military service and conscience policies.

“Out of the hormonal and surgical medical interventions concerned, and the adoption of a sexual identity that is inconsistent with the individual’s sexual disputes with the soldier’s commitment to a respectable, honest and disciplined lifestyle, even in his personal life,” said the president.
In her decision, the judge said that Trump’s order contains a “humiliating without shame” language, adding that politics “puts the stigmatization of sexually transgender people as inappropriate for its nature.”

“Since” Judge “Reyes is now a major military plan, they can/can submit reports to Fort Benning at 0600 to direct our army on how to implement high -value targeted raids … then, Commander Reyes can send it to Fort Prague to train green hats on the rebellion war.”
The judge delayed her order until Friday morning to allow time to resume the Trump administration, which he said.
Reyes said in her decision that the executive is likely to raise violations of constitutional rights.

“The court knows that this opinion will lead to a general debate and calls. In health democracy, both of which are a positive result,” Reis wrote. “We must all agree that every person answered the invitation to the service deserves our gratitude and respect.”
“In fact, the harsh paradox is that thousands of sexually transformed soldiers have sacrificed – some of them risk their lives – to ensure very equal protection rights, the military embargo seeks to deny them,” the judge added, noting that the defendants, on the other hand, “have not proven that they will prove that it is important to be burdened by continuing the situation in this situation of litigation, and always avoiding the constitution.”
