HHS gives California deadline to overhaul federally-funded sex ed program

The Trump administration gives California’s sexual education program 60 days to remove all references to sexual identity or facing a possible termination of its financing.

California now has 60 days to remove all gender ideology references from its preparatory curricula and other program materials, and then it must re -submit its materials for approval by ACF.
