HHS probes hospital for firing nurse who refused to give minors transgender treatments

The Ministry of Health and Humanitarian Services (HHS) is investigating a “major children’s educational hospital” due to the alleged shooting of a nurse who sought a religious exemption to avoid managing adulthood and hormones over children.

“The administration will enforce federal laws that protect these amounts of courageous violations, including laws that protect health care professionals from forcing them to violate their religious beliefs or moral condemnation,” Anthony Archiv, Director of HHS OCR said in a statement.

Although HHS did not confirm the identity of the hospital, it is believed that it is the Texas Children’s Hospital (TC) – the largest children’s hospital in the United States – where the investigation follows the nurse’s certificate for violations Vanessa Sivadag on Capitol Hill. SIVADGE was first publicly introduced in June 2024 and was later separated in August 2024.

Sivadge has told legislators that she had witnessed “disturbing trends and practices” related to treating children with gender sex. She also said that she “noticed the strong and irreversible effects” of the treatments that were told patients “saving life.”

“I saw how doctors have emotionally blackmail by telling them that if they did not confirm the identity of their fake child, their child will harm themselves. In particular, I was sad to see young girls who suffer from a deep mental health such as depression and anxiety, many of them will suffer from sexual synchronization or shock, on convincing by doctors in Texas,” legislators. “

Hayim claimed that the hospital was participating in the practices of fraudulent bills to hide the fact that she was carrying out the procedures of transgender people on minors even though it was against the Texas law. This included recording tastes as “breast reduction” surgeries and coding of testosterone described for a teenage girl under the diagnosis of males.

In her testimony, Sivadge said that federal agents came to her home when investigating the amounts of violations, now known to be Haim, because of her objections to sexually transformed medicine. She described the interaction as scary and said that one of the special agents “has already asked me to deal with my Christian beliefs and veiled threats about my career and my safety if I do not comply with their demands.”

SIVADGE lawyer filed a complaint with the United States Employment Opportunities Committee (EEOC) on April 11, claiming that she “noticed TCH, very little of deliberations or cash analysis, and the children started dangerous and non -unprecedented courses often from” gender treatment. “

According to the complaint, TCH said temporarily “temporarily” sexual assertion services “for minors after the Texas Pafeston Prosecutor in February 2022 said that such treatments could constitute the abuse of children. Treatments in the state were banned after a draft law was passed in May 2023, which entered into force in September 2023. According to Sivadge’s lawyer, she requested that she be transferred to heart disease in May 2024, noting her religious beliefs.

SIVADGE publicly detonated TCT on June 18, 2024, and asked not to report the next day, according to the complaint. Just days later, on June 21, she was placed on an administrative leave and was officially completed in August 2024. Tch claimed that ending her work was due to the improper access to medical records.

On January 28, 2025, president Donald Trump signed “protecting children from chemical and surgical distortion”, which prevents the palace from undergoing transgender treatments. According to this, HHS has issued instructions for potential violations.
