Home shoppers chase highly-rated schools with $1.21M median prices

In the summer, many families spent chasing the highest -rating educational areas with societies that offer an attractive lifestyle and sizes of small semesters and the ability to walk, but some came at a large price.

The data collected by RealTor.com shows “home shoppers outside the clips” more than other May and July of this year in “areas with at least one public school that was evaluated 8 or higher.” Also focus on the areas with an average of at least 100 properties for sale.

The houses came in 27 out of 50 of the most desirable areas with acute intermediate listing prices, with an average of about 1.21 million dollars.

“The quality of the school was a long time driver for home decisions,” said Daniel Heil, the chief economist in RealTor.com in a statement. “Our data shows that families make bodies-sometimes they pay a great bonus on the higher classification areas, and at other times the value of value in areas that still provide strong academics.”

The housing market areas, which represent the value, include “areas that combine strong schools and investigative housing costs, and are often due to their suburbs or rural settings.”
