House lawmaker ready to use ‘all legislative tools’ to stop CA, TX redistricting

Representative Kevin Kelly returns, R-R-Calif. That “all options are on the table” to try to prevent the states from creating a battle at the level of the country about the restriction of circles in Congress maps.

“It creates a lot of instability if you are constantly converting the lines on the map, so that, as you know, the actors lose voters, lose societies, gain them, and people elect one person as an actor, then suddenly this person represents a completely different field,” Kelly told Fox News Digital in one of the interview.

“It’s just complete chaos. It is not good for the representative government. It’s not good for voters. It is not good for Democrats or Republicans.”

The Republican in California spoke with Fox News, hours after submitting a draft law that would prevent states from converting the borders of the current Congress areas before the 2030 census.

Republicans are currently in Texas to redraw the congress map in Lone Star State. President Donald Trump, who supports this effort, said it will give the Republican Party up to five new seats in the House of Representatives.

Democrats in California launched the offer to re -divide their departments in response, as the Gavin New Office governor indicated that he is ready to use democratic generations in the state’s legislative council to pay special elections for voters to decide on new Congress maps.

Kelly said he was not “very worried about my seat,” noting that he won his re -election with a healthy margin.
