The Hill reported that the House of Representatives Supervision Committee has dropped its summoning order to former FBI director James Kumi, after he said that he had no knowledge related to the investigation of the committee in Jeffrey Ibstein, citing a message sent by Kumi to the committee.
In the October 1 letter sent to the Chairman of the Committee, James Commer, R-Ky, Kumi said he had no “knowledge” or “information related to the committee’s achievement” in the late children.
Kumi was scheduled to be deposited on Tuesday in front of the committee studying Epstein’s contacts and possible government relations dating back to the nineties.

“I present this message instead of depositing that would not fairly consume the rare time of the committee and its resources,” Kumi wrote.
Comey served as Deputy Prosecutor from 2003 to 2005, after which the FBI director from 2013 to 2017 – two periods now under audit by Republicans in the House of Representatives are looking for answers about Epstein’s federal contacts.
“At any time during my service in the Ministry of Justice or the FBI, I remember any information or talks related to the Epstein or Gisslein Maxwell,” Kumi wrote.
Since the message was submitted under the law penalty – which makes any false statements a possible federal crime – KOMER accepted Komer’s response and withdrawing the summons.
Fox News Digital has contacted the Supervisory Committee to obtain a copy of Kome’s speech and confirm the withdrawal of the summons.

He issued a wave of calling notes in August linked to the investigation of the Jeffrey Epstein – including Comey, former President Bill Clinton and former Foreign Minister Hillary Clinton.

COMER also summoned the Ministry of Justice for the records related to the Ibstein case.
Others ordered the appearance of the former director of the Federal Investigation Office, Robert Muller and former lawyers, Loreta Lynch, Eric Holder, William Bar, Jeff Sessions, Alberto Gonzales.
The holder and the general lawyer, Merik Garland, sent similar messages to Comey’s, and he rejected any knowledge of two Ibsin and prompted the next to withdraw these exploited notes, according to the hill.
It is not clear whether Clinton’s sessions will continue.

The work of the committee comes amid an increasing party tension on how to deal with the investigation of Epstein, and broke the Republican Party base on dealing with the current administration of the case.
Senior Republicans, including President Donald Trump and spokesperson Mike Johnson, R. La. COMER has already released thousands of pages of documents that were called from the Ministry of Justice and Epstein.
However, critics accuse the Republican Party of protecting some personalities by selectively launching records. Instead, many legislators are pushing legislation to issue confidentiality between all government files related to Epstein and MaxWell – a step approved by many Epstein victims.
