New York Democratic City’s candidate, Zahran Mamdani, lost the support of the leader of the State Party for a long time, despite his support for New York Cathy Hochol.

Jay Jacobs, head of the New York Democratic Committee (NYSDC), announced this week that he will not support Mamdani for the mayor despite the choice of democratic democratic democratic voters as a party candidate.

“Mr. Mamdani agrees that the biggest problem in America is the continuous growth of varying income in our nation,” Jacobs said in a statement of the epithelium. “On how to address it – we are essentially disagreed.”

The Hill reported that the Nysdc leader said he does not agree to Mamdani’s position on Israel.

Mamdani was an audio critic of Israel’s actions throughout the war against Hamas terrorists in Gaza. His position on this issue has become a major topic of the campaign cycle, especially when he refused to condemn the phrase “globalization of the uprising”, which some see as an invitation to violence against the Jews. Since then, Mamdani has distanced from the phrase, saying that he will support his supporters from his use.

While Mamdani did not support the mayor, Jacobs rejected the “fear” surrounding the self -described socialist campaign as a “excessive reaction.”

It is still unclear how the loss of Jacobs’s support for Mamdani’s campaign will affect.

However, it can have an effect on Jacobs’s position as a party leader. According to Politico, Jacobs said he would resign from his position if Hochul is asking for this.

“If the ruler must ask any chair of the state to resign, he must resign,” Jacobs told Politico.
