Make school -free dinner free of stress with these fast and healthy recipes using grilled chicken. Ideal night -weekly night!

Hello, hello! How are you? I hope you will spend a beautiful week yet. It is a crazy week here with practices, basketball and volleyball games, so I try to be as strategic as possible while planning meals and preparation.

One of my favorite things that must be used during crowded weeks like this: good chicken ol rotisserie!

The season of return to school always sneaks quickly, and suddenly the dinner of the week feels a distorted work between homework, post -school activities, and the usual impulsivity at bedtime. It is funny because the summer felt very recovered and now that we went back to school … it seems to be pure chaos.

One of my favorite secret weapons for rapid and healthy dinner? Purchasing chicken store. It has already been cooking, soft, full of protein, so it is cut off to two halves while keeping your meals useful and satisfactory.

Today I wanted to share some of the update dinner breakfasts to the favorite school using Rotisserie chicken, as well as some fast recipes that you can continue to rotate.

Benefits of cooking with grill chicken

Time savings: no need for barbecue or bread. Just tear and go!

Budget summary: One chicken often extends to 2-3 meals.

Protein packed: It helps you hit the protein targets with the least preparatory.

KID credit: moderate flavor makes it easy to mix in a variety of dishes. Children raise grilled chicken.

Multi -use: It works with soup, taco sandwiches, anti -jamming vessels, wrapping, salads, and more.

Quick tips for using grilled chicken

Show it while warmth: it is easier to separate immediately after returning home.

Save the bones: cook the water with water, vegetables and herbs to make a homemade stock of soup.

Store properly: Keep the chicken tearing in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze in parts of one cup at a later time.

Add fresh herbs and spices: bright flavors such as lemon, coriander, cumin or sweet pepper can immediately convert food residue into a new dish.

Here are some of my recipes and meal ideas that collect in 30 minutes or less.

1.

Fast stirring is the rescue on the nights of the week.

ingredients:

2 cups tear a grill chicken

3 cups of cooked rice (remnants or frozen works wonderfully)

2 cup mixed vegetables frozen

2 eggs, lightly transferred

2-3 tablespoons of coconut amino or low sodium soy sauce

1 tablespoon of olive oil or sesame oil

directions:

Heat the oil in a large skillet or frying pan.

Add the vegetables and cook until it is diluted.

Push the vegetables to the side, and defend the eggs in the same pan.

Boss in rice, chicken and coconut aminos. Cook until it is heated.

Serve hot with green onion or sesame seeds. Spray with Srirasha.

3. Chicken grill stuffed sweet potatoes

Fast gluten -free dinner with a few ingredients.

ingredients:

4 medium sweet potatoes, baked or microwave even soft

2 cups tear a grill chicken

1/3 cup of barbecue sauce (Look for low or clean sugar brands)

Chopped green onions and/or cheddar cheese or feta for decoration

directions:

Mix the chicken with barbecue sauce in a bowl.

Divide sweet potatoes and interior decorations with a fork.

Things with a barbecue chicken mixture and decorate with green onions and cheese.

4. Chicken tortia soup

Ideal for cold evenings or when you need one meal.

ingredients:

2 cups tear a grill chicken

4 cups of chicken broth (homemade or store)

1 can tomato cubes

1 cup of black beans, rinse

3 cloves of garlic, chopped

1/2 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of hot pepper powder, 1 teaspoon oregano

Fresh coriander, lime spoilers, cheese, tortilla slices to top it

directions:

Get rid of garlic and onions for a few minutes in a little oil until soft. Add the remaining ingredients to a large bowl and bring it over a low heat for 20 minutes.

Adjust the spices according to taste.

Hot service with layer.

5. Greek chicken house wraps

A light and new dinner option is easy to customize.

ingredients:

2 cups tear a grill chicken

4 Bias Campa or gluten -free

1 cup of chopped option

1 cup of chopped tomatoes

1/4 cup purple onions, chopped

1/4 cup chopped olives from Callama

1/2 cup of Tzatziki sauce or chickpeas

directions:

Warm house for a short period of time in the oven or microwave.

Dinner tips to save time to school
