Hello friends! How are you and how does the week go? It was great here. I have done some heart diseases after my strength training to keep up with. This is exactly why I need a good meal when I get home.
For today’s post, I wanted to share some fast and easy recipes that will be ideal for a weekly week dinner, or on Sunday lazy. I went back to making fast meals on Sunday, and this was a treatment for eating something at home that did not take a few hours.
I have collected 9 fast and easy recipes * (just throwing meals!) Perfect for the first convenient Sunday nights when you prefer to relax from cooking the storm. For us, the remainder of the week is quickly here on the equal footing here … but I had to call this post appropriately for the man (also known as Google).

Alfredo pasta chicken
Dignity, comfortable, exciting for the bastard, this pasta chicken is a favorite family that comes together at any time.
ingredients:

- chicken breast
- Alfredo sauce
- garlic
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper
directions:
- Cooking pasta according to the package instructions.
- Sprinkle the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook until golden brown.
- In a separate skillet, heat Alfredo sauce and chopped garlic.
- Combine cooked pasta, chicken slices, and Alfredo sauce. Served with newly grated Parmesan cheese. I would like to serve this with broccoli on the side or a salad set.

- Cooking ziti pasta according to the package instructions and drain.
- In a large bowl, mix cooked pasta with marinara sauce, ricotta cheese, grated mozzarella cheese, and grated parmesan cheese.
- Transfer the mixture to a bread and higher plate with additional mozzarella and Parmesan cheese
- Bake 30 minutes at 350 covered, until the cheese dissolves. You can also contain cheese on top for a few minutes. Served with fried spinach and cortical bread.
