Celtic v Newcastle: Line-ups, stats and preview

A preview of Celtic V Newcastle
Anthony Elanga is scheduled to make his first appearance in Newcastle tomorrow, before the season in Celtic.
Winger Elanga joined Newcastham for Nottingham Forrest for 55 million pounds last week, but he was not transferred to a 4-0 victory over Carlal in the shock of the back doors.
But it will be part of the team that flies directly from the club’s training camp in the Austrian Alps to Glasgow for tomorrow’s match.
“The first impressions are that Anthony has been well installed in the group. His character is really strong.
“I know that he already knows a lot of the group, so I think he feels at home with those links with these individuals, whether it is international or playing against them.
“He showed his pace and sporting and it is a real weapon for us to add it to the other players who we have with these similar qualities, so yes, it was a very wonderful start.”
Hao was working for the players seriously this week and accepting that they were likely to be tired when they faced Scottish heroes.
“We will have one session before Celtic to try to get boys in a decent physical condition for CELTIC.
“And if they are more likely they will go to the game a little. We hope to provide a good performance in front of what will be a passionate support for the home, but also a great follower.
“I think when you look at our games before the season, each game is a test.
“This was a really good work in our first game, this would be a big step because of the opposition level and then we go to Singapore and South Korea and face Tottenham and Arsenal.”

Alexander Issak, the subject of a lot of speculation this week, joined the team in Austria and is likely to start the bench.
Celtic is much more in their preparations before the season with the start of the domestic league on August 2, although the collars start a day after St. Mirin.
They were impressive 2-0 winners against Sporting CP in Faro on Wednesday evening.
“The performance is wise, it was great. We took another step in our fitness and tactical idea with some of the coming players,” Boss Brendan Rodgers told Celtic TV.
“I generally thought it was very good against a really good team. It is a difficult system they play.
“From a tactical point of view, we were excellent in the game in our pressure and salt, and in our game, some of our football was great.
“We scored two goals and we could have more, but playing with this confidence was nice and the performance was good.
“It was a very good exercise for us and ends a great week.”

Celtic coach Brendan Rodgers is unlikely to make a lot of changes on the sport side.
He is absent from the back of Teno Levermonto in Newcastle because of his participation with the European team England, who is under 21 years old.
Sandro Tonali, Bruno Guimaraes and ISak joined this week and will not be headed straight.
Louis Hall is still working on his way to full fitness. Sean Longsav is about to join Leeds.
