First on the Fox- Representative Darren, R-Ell. A new draft law on Thursday calls for the National Security Administration (NSA) to develop “Amnesty International Security Games” to remain at the forefront of threats from China and other foreign opponents.
The draft law, which is called the “Advanced Security Preparation Act for Amnesty International”, directs the National Security Agency Security Security Center for the Development of “Amnesty International Security Games to address weaknesses, discovering threats, cybersecurity and physical security strategies, and emergency plans for highly sensitive artificial intelligence systems.”
Its sponsorship by a selected committee is participating in the Chairman of the Board of Directors of China John Molinaar, R.s -Mish, and arrangement member Raja Krishnamothy, Di Il, and MP Josh Gotimir, Den.
The Jews, who sits in the Intelligence Committee in the House of Representatives and the Mukhtar Committee of the House of Representatives in China, was told that the legislative proposal, if approved, would be the first time that congress demonstrates “a multi -crack approach to ensuring the United States remains in the advanced technology race against CCP.” He said that the bill will improve the mechanisms of fighting export – including chips and the manufacture of highly capable chips – with a focus on cybersecurity, and the reduction of investment issued to companies directly related to the Chinese Community Party or the People’s Liberation Army in China.

“We start with the hypothesis that China has a plan to replace the United States. I do not say that to intimidate people or a voter, but they have a plan to replace the United States, and they work on it every day. This requires stealing data and infiltrating our systems,” Lawood told Fox News Digital. “Artificial intelligence is the next limits in it. We are the world in technology. We are driving the world when it comes to the Approach Organization. But what this draft law will do again that things are done in the right way and the right way, and we protect our origins and encourage the current technology that we have in our country.”
He pointed out to the evidence that the committee revealed that he explained that Deepseek from CCP used illegal distillation techniques to steal visions of the American AI models to accelerate the development of its technology. He also pointed to how it was claimed that China had escaped from artificial intelligence chips through Singapore mediators to circumvent the export controls in the United States on technology.
As we look at, “How can we win strategic competition? “I think most of the experts will say that we are a prelude to artificial intelligence now against China, but not much.
He said he was confident that the draft law will put the United States “in the best situation to protect our assets here and make sure that we do not charge things that should not go to artificial intelligence that allows them to win the artificial intelligence race in China.”
“Whoever wins this race in the future will be important to the capabilities of future war, it is clear that cybersecurity,” he said. And then, who wins the competition of artificial intelligence will lead to a truly fixed economic impact in the future. Therefore, we are aggressive in this law in terms of targeting those areas in which we need to protect Amnesty International and our companies here in the United States, on the commercial side and on the government side, to put us in the best possible position. ”

The legislative proposal to NSA calls for the development of a play book that defines weaknesses in artificial intelligence data centers and developers who produce sensitive AI technologies with a focus on unique “threat vectors” that do not usually arise, or must be in advanced systems, or should be separately, in the context of traditional information technology systems. “Discover and prevent electronic threats and respond to them through the threat actors targeting artificial intelligence techniques.”

The NSA bill calls for “the determination of security levels, if any, which requires great participation” by the US government “in developing or overseeing very advanced artificial intelligence systems.” It cited a “virtual initiative to build covered AI technology systems in a very safe government environment” with certain protocols, such as employee examination and security, to alleviate “internal threats”.
Although it was not related to directly, the legislation is presented a week after the FBI director, Cash Patel, seemed to warn how CCP continued to publish activists and researchers “to infiltrate American institutions. Patem’s risk put in announcing the accusation of two Chinese citizens of smuggling a possible biological weapon in the United States
He told Jews that the issue also sheds light on the “level of penetration and development in which CCP will participate”, but added that his bill focuses on placing a “protective layer” on the American AI technology and “restricting the investment issued in China”. He pointed out how CCP also bought agricultural lands around the American strategic national security sites, especially in Montana, North Dakota and South Dakota.

“If everything is an equal stadium, and we all committed to the same rules, standards and moral guidelines, there is no doubt that the United States will win it [the AI race]But China tends to play with a different set of rules and standards. They cheat, steal and take our intellectual property. Not only my opinion, it was actually developed, as you know, in many different cases. This is why we need to get an invoice like this. ”
The bill comes at a time when the Trump administration is pushing to support the artificial intelligence infrastructure in the United States, and major technology companies, including Amazon, NVIDIA, Meta, Operai, Oracle and others, have made great investments in building data centers focusing on artificial intelligence and promoting the American cloud account. Last week, Amazon announced an investment of $ 20 billion in building artificial intelligence data centers in the rural Pennsylvania. She followed a $ 10 billion in investment in North Carolina.

In late May, the National Security Agency Security Security Center released the “Joint Guidance” on “risks and best practices in the safety of artificial intelligence data.” Recommendations include implementing methods to secure the data used in artificial intelligence systems, such as using digital signatures to authenticate reliable reviews, track the data source, and benefit from reliable infrastructure. ” The center said that its guidance is “decisively related to organizations-especially the owners of the regime and officials of the Ministry of Defense, National Security Systems, and the defensive industrial base-which already uses artificial intelligence systems in their daily operations and those that seek to integrate artificial intelligence into their infrastructure.”
