ICE deports violent criminal aliens to South Sudan after ‘weeks of delays’

The Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) announced on Saturday, after it called it “weeks of delay by active judges” that left ice officers in danger.

“These patients were recently deported to South Sudan on Independence Day,” Secretary Tricia McLeulin said in a statement.

“After weeks of delay by the active judges who endanger our law, Ice deported these eight barbarian criminal foreigners who are heinous to their countries will not accept them.”

The deportation voltage was banned through a series of provisions of the lower court, on which the Supreme Court turned on July 3, giving the Trump administration’s request to impose a removal policy in the third country. The eight men were held in Djibouti, where they were legal challenges.

Thungxay Nilakout, a Lot Citizen, was convicted of first -class killing and theft and sentenced to life imprisonment.

Jesus Monoz-Guterres, from Mexico, was convicted of second-class death and was also sentenced to life imprisonment.

“These are not just migration issues,” McLeulin said. “These are threats to American societies that judges have tried to force the ice to return to the United States.”

DHS attributed to the Supreme Court clarification order to break Logjam and allow ice to complete the task.

“This was a victory for the rule of law, safety and security of the American people,” his statement said.

The Ministry of National Security also thanked the ice officers who were cut off abroad during the stoppage period imposed by the court.
