“There is no place in the predator community who create and distribute sexual assault materials to children,” McCarthy said. “These crimes break life, and HSI will never hesitate to do our mission to achieve justice for victims by targeting those who commit these horrific acts.”

Kelly Hayes, an American lawyer for Maryland County, described Rice as a “dangerous predator”.

“This sentence reflects the danger of exploiting the members of our most vulnerable societies,” Hayes said. “We are committed to working with our law enforcement partners to prosecute those who are sexually abused children and participate in networks that perpetuate this exploitation.”
