When Fox News Digital contacted the Marikuba County Lawyer’s Office, I noticed that Rachel Mitchell County lawyer was at a press conference earlier this week before ICE officially announced the detainees.

“It is clear that this is a federal issue,” Mitchell said when asked about the possibility of deporting the suspects. “But what I understand is that there is an ice file on each of the individuals.”

The Scottsdale Police said it does not comment on the matters related to the ice and postpone them to the provincial lawyer office. There are no protected states listed by the Ministry of National Security in Arizona.
