On Tuesday, Iranian president Masoud Bezishian accused the United States and Israel of committing a “dangerous betrayal of diplomacy” by conducting air strikes on Iranian cities, and informed world leaders at the United Nations that the attacks violate international law and undermined peace efforts.
Speaking in his first speech to the United Nations General Assembly, Pezeshkian said that the United States’ strikes in June on Iranian nuclear establishments came as Iran was involved in diplomatic negotiations, and warned that these measures threatened to erode the foundations of global stability.
“The air attack … constituted a dangerous betrayal of diplomacy and sabotaging the efforts made towards establishing stability and peace,” the president said.
“This shameful aggression, in addition to killing citizens, women, scientists and intellectual elites in my country, caused a serious blow to the possibility of peace in the region.”

In June, seven B-2 bombers were dropped by 30,000 pounds on Iranian nuclear sites. The United States announced that the mission is success, and former President Donald Trump said the Iranian nuclear program was “completely blurring.”
However, the President claimed that Iran had no intention to develop a nuclear weapon and only enriched uranium for civil nuclear purposes.
“We are not looking for weapons. This is our faith based on the decree issued by the Supreme Leader and Religious Authorities.”
“We have never asked for weapons of mass destruction, and we will not search for them.”
Washington and its allies accused a double level, pointing to the United States’s support for Israel in Gaza and other regional conflicts, while they were casting Iran as a victim of the aggression that killed civilians, scientists and journalists.
The striker of the striker began a day before Iran from Iran in Iran in Iran, where he was up to 60 days of decisive strikes in June.

Pezeshkian linked the strikes against Iran with what he described as a wider pattern of West -backed aggression throughout the Middle East, noting that Israel’s attack in Gaza was “genocide” and the condemnation of the “Greater Israel” project as an imaginary plan to destabilize the entire region. He accused the United States of enabling Israel’s actions in Gaza, Lebanon, Syria and Yemen, and urging Islamic countries to unite in collective defense.
“The world has witnessed in these two years a mass extermination in Gaza, the destruction of homes in Lebanon, the destruction of the infrastructure of Syria, the attack against the people of Yemen, and the assassination of Iranian scholars.”
“All this is under the full support of the most armed armed system on earth, under the pretext of self -defense. Will such things be placed for yourselves?”
The Iranian leader portrayed his country as flexible in the face of pressure, and insisted that military and economic coercion has led to adverse results.
He said: “The national and brave people in Iran have put the naked in front of the aggressors on the fallacy and their arrogant accounts.” “Iran’s enemies unintentionally, the holy national unity. The people of Iran, despite the most severe and long -crushing economic sanctions … rises in complete harmony to support their courageous armed forces.”

Pezeshkian also confirmed the depth of Iran’s hostility towards Israel.
He announced that those responsible for targeting children in Gaza “do not deserve the human name” and said that these crimes prove that Israel “will never prove that they are trustworthy partners.”
