Jerry Bruckheimer’s former home in Los Angeles is for sale.
The 82-year-old movie producer’s former home in the Hollywood Hills is on the market for $9.9 million in partnership with listing agents Weston Littlefield and Alex Howe of the Aaron Kerman Group of Christie’s International Real Estate in Southern California.
In honor of its original owner, Dr. Richard Agioka, the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath house is often referred to as the Agioka House.
According to Robb’s report, Bruckheimer lived in the 4,200-square-foot home until the mid-1980s, after which he sold the property for $510,000. It has been bought and sold several times, and was most recently purchased by Nichols Canyon LLC in 2020 for $6.75 million.

Bruckheimer began his career in film production in the early 1970s, later finding success in the 1980s when he had major box office hits, including “Flashdance,” “Beverly Hills Cop” and “Top Gun.”
In a June 2025 interview with the Los Angeles Times, Bruckheimer discussed his producing partnership with the late Don Simpson and how much Hollywood has changed since he first started making films.

“It has changed a lot,” he said. “Streaming has hit a lot of places hard. They spent a lot of money and now they have problems with it. Some studios are not in a good place. But the business, if you do it right, will be healthy.”

Addressing fears of the collapse of Hollywood, he said: “There was always doom.” He went on to say that with every new technological advance, people will say the end is near.

“When television came along, people said no one would go to theaters again,” he explained, and the same fear persisted with the later invention of videotapes and DVDs.
“I’ve been doing this for over 50 years, and there’s been this doom every time a new technology comes along,” he said. “Still, look at what happened. Look at Minecraft.” Look at the “sinners”. Look at “Lilo and Stitch”. If you do it right, people will show up.”

He continued: “You have a kitchen at home, right? But you still want to go out to eat. You want to taste something different. That’s what we are. We spend the night out.” “And if we give you a good meal, you’ll come back for more.”
