Joint Chiefs Gen. Caine hosts NATO allies to discuss Ukraine security guarantees

The Chief of Staff, General Dan Kane, will host his military counterparts from Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Finland and Italy in Washington, DC, on Tuesday evening, to discuss the possible security guarantees of Ukraine to prevent Russian aggression, as Fox News Fox News confirms.

High -level talks come on the eve of the NATO defense leaders, where all 32 allied military leaders are invited to the resistance on Wednesday to coordinate the following steps. Officials said the session will be hosted in Brussels by the head of the Military Committee in NATO.

Urgent discussions follow president Donald Trump’s comments on “Fox & Friends” earlier on Tuesday, in which he suggested that the United States provide air support to Ukraine as part of a security guarantee, a day after Ukrainian President Foludmir Zelinski and European leaders in the White House to pay for peace talks to end the Russian war in Ocreen.

According to an American defense official, Kane is leading a Tuesday night session in Washington with senior defense leaders of these five allies in NATO.

European leaders will join

A US military official said that General Alexos Greenkoch, the commander of the US -American leadership and the leader of the Supreme Allies in Europe (Sassur), would also be attended by Washington.

The defense official added that the current agenda is limited to talks on Tuesday night and the NATO meeting for defense on Wednesday, but he stressed that the situation is “developing quickly”, which leaves the possibility of additional sessions if the circumstances change.

The NATO meeting will include the participation of the United States on Wednesday, with Kane joining alongside his counterparts, while the head of the Military Committee from Brussels will perform. Discussions of the broader coalition are expected to build on the younger Washington gathering on Tuesday between the main European allies.

The NATO session will be chaired on Wednesday from Brussels by the head of the NATO Military Committee, which will lead discussions on the collective security obligations of Ukraine.
