Judge sides with Trump: anyone in US illegally must register with fed government

The Trump administration was handed over to another victory on Thursday after a federal judge spent that every person in the United States illegally should register in the federal government and hold documents.
The Associated Press reported that Judge Trevor Neil McFadin, who was appointed by President Donald Trump, stood with the administration after saying that he was imposing a condition currently for everyone in the country, not a citizen in the United States.
Instead of judging the essence of the Trump administration’s arguments, they ruled that the group that drives to stop these requirements did not have a position to follow up their claims.
The referee of McFadin will enter into force on Friday.

The Ministry of Internal Security (DHS) said on Thursday that the deadline for registration for anyone was in the country for 30 days or more is Friday, adding that registration requirements will be applied to the fullest.
“President Trump and I have a clear message to those in our country illegally: Leave it now. If you leave now, you may have the opportunity to return and enjoy our freedom and live our American dream,” said the Minister of National Security Ministry of Security. “The Trump administration will impose all our immigration laws – we will not choose and choose the laws that we will impose. We must know who is in our country for the safety and security of our homeland and all Americans.”
The Ministry of National Security began warning illegal immigrants in February against leaving the country or facing severe consequences.

The minister said that the Ministry of National Security will implement the Immigration and Nationality law, which was yearned in 1952 and created several tools to track illegal foreigners and force them to leave the United States voluntarily
The Ministry of National Security said that the tools include criminal sanctions for immigrants who choose not to leave the United States, and they failed to register with the federal government and obtain fingerprints, and fail to notify the federal government of changes in their address.
DHS said that illegal immigrants who fail to leave the United States will be accused of a crime, which leads to a “major punishment.”

But immigrants who fail to register with the federal government can be fined, imprisoned or both.
Registration is mandatory for anyone aged 14 years or older without legal status. Anyone who records fingerprints and address will be asked.
Canadians are also required to go to the registration process if they are in the United States for more than 30 days – this includes “snow birds”, who spend winter months in warmer areas such as Florida.
Although it has been required for a long time for people who live in the United States and not American citizens, the condition was only applied in rare circumstances.
For example, the condition was imposed in a limited manner after September 11, 2001, when the national security login system for male registration requires 16 or greater than 25 countries-all of them, except for one of them Arab or Muslims-to register in the American government.
