Democrats offer differing takes on Wisconsin judge versus Trump impeachment

Many Democrats who have argued that “no one is above the law” in President Donald Trump’s cases now condemns the arrest of the Wisconsin Judge Hana Dogan, warning that he may threaten the rule of law.

“This is not normal,” Tweet Senator Amy Klopochar, Die Min. , Dogan was arrested by the FBI on charges of alleged obstacle by allegedly protecting important Mexican immigrants from ice agents.

“The arrest of the administration for a sitting judge in Wisconsin is a radical step that threatens the rule of law,” Kloposhr added, saying it is “a dangerous step and undermines our regime from checks and balances.”

During Trump’s isolation for 2019, Kloposhar said that the issue of its first dismissal was a “bleak day for our country”.

After the 2022 FBI raid on Mar-A-Lago, Klobuchar said, “The law is the king, and the former president is not.”

Senator Tina Smith, Di Min, also condemned the arrest of Dogan, saying: “So [FBI Director] Cash Patel and Donald Trump do not like the judge, they believe they can arrest them.

“This is amazing – we must stand before this blatant seizure of power. Republicans: How is this not a red line for you?”

Representative Mark Boakan, extended and wig, said that the rules violate the legal fronts and legal interfaces for the arrest of Dogan.

In a statement obtained from Fox News Digital, Bokan put the differences he sees between Dogan and Trump’s cases: “The arrest of Judge Dogan is a heinous matter and the tactics of fear to our independent authority. Trump has always thought he was above the law, but he is now able to carry him to pay this limit as much as he could go to.

“These are things I expect from third world countries,” he told Axios.

In a statement issued in December 2019 after voting in favor of the dismissal, Bokan said that Trump “has never endured his actions” over 70 years of life.

“Today, the Democrats sent a clear signal to this president and all the upcoming presidents: no one is above the law.”
