California Dems target GOP with ads calling them soft on child sex trafficking

A series of Facebook Democratic ads in California claims that Republicans are in conflict with stronger laws to protect 16 -year -old sex victims, 17 and 17 years old, amid legislative battle on a draft law for simple demand in which Democrats forced to exclude the most severe sanctions on the purchase or older petition.
Ads began to appear on social media after a vote at the California Association last week when Democratic leaders refused to move forward with AB 379, which would have made an automatic felony to buy or seek children between the ages of 16 and 17 years of sex.
In every declaration, a name and copy of the Republican legislator appears in the state, “Voice against stronger laws that protect” the older teenagers from sex trafficking, accusing them of protecting “their political party, not our children.”

California, a member of the House of Representatives in California, a democracy, said on Monday that she had agreed to remove a ruling on a child smuggling bill that guarantees that the crime of a minor to have sex applies in all cases where the victim is less than 18 years old. AB 379, composed by a member of the Maggy Krell Democratic Society, was an attempt to eliminate buyers in children’s smuggling trade and align their penalties with travelers. The advertising campaign came after the Democrat’s General Safety Committee decided to move the bill forward as long as it did not carry a felony for those who ask for older teenagers to have sex.
At that time, KRELL FOX News Digital told her that she was forced to exclude a felony rule in order to move forward in legislation.
“I do not agree with all sincerity with this amendment,” she said. “This was my life’s work and I will continue to partnership with sex and law enforcement to ensure the protection of all minors from the horrors of sex.”
On Thursday, the Democrats voted to fully strip the law of Krill, the former public prosecutor who was investigated in human trafficking, with the exclusion of an automatic felony condition. They also introduced the text that read, “The intention of the legislative body is to adopt the strongest laws to protect 16 -year -old victims and promote protection to support survivors from human trafficking.”
“When you think that CA_DEM cannot decrease, that is, more pathetic and despair, here, they are trying to get out false from the bias of predators on children, (bad) playing policy on people.

It also pushed many Republican legislators back against the accusation that their party does not protect children.
“You see my Democrats lying lying … After we contacted ASMDEMS on the ground last week to remove protection for the 16 and 17 -year -old victims, they run ads that accused us … from the thing they are doing, Republican leader James Galgar wrote at the association on X.”
Association member Josh Hoover, one of the Republicans, said many Republicans who targeted the advertising campaign, that the Democrats were trying to California gas.
“Do not make mistakes, these ads are nothing but distraction from their failed record of public safety,” he wrote on social media. “I will continue to fight to restore the protection they removed, hold the perpetrators accountable, and to ensure that all minors are treated equally under the law.”
According to what was reported, the advertising campaign was paid by the campaign of the president of the association, Robert Rivas. Fox News Digital has communicated with the California Democratic and RIVAS campaign.

AB 379 met after leaving the older teenagers of the state law, which has come into effect this year, making the felony of buying a 15 -year -old or less sex. Last year, Senator California Shannon Goven authored a draft law that made illegal to buy minors for sex, but he excluded children between the ages of 16 and 17.
Currently, the travelers, not buyers, are facing the harshest consequences when convicted of smuggling anyone under the age of 18.
Last week, California Democratic Governor Gavin New Zoom said he had supported severe consequences for those who ask minors for sex.
Parliament member Joe Patterson said that newsom has lost control of his party and that the Government Democratic Party treated him “like a lamb duck.” Association member Kate Sanchez said that Democrats throughout the state have failed in the California residents in a set of issues, including public safety and the ability to bear costs and displacement.
“All they left is the dirty lies that are easy to refute by journalists,” she wrote.
The National Congress Committee was also weighed in this regard.
“The Democrats in California chose predators of children and democrats outside the touch, they did not say Derek Tran and Dave Maine,” Christian Martinez, a spokesman for NRCC, told Fox News Digital while calling on Democratic legislators. “Worse, they leave their democratic colleagues whitening their disgusting record in protecting the absolute worst among us.”

Last week, Krill said she did not care whether the bill has its name on it or not, but it will support any proposal that guarantees protection for the 16 and 17 years of age.
