Keyshawn Davis Declares: “I’m Damn Near Retired” – Is He Serious About Quitting Boxing?

Kishon Davis says he is not sure whether he will fight again. He seemed confused about what he wanted to do with his career after losing his fight on June 7 in Norfolk. He says the fans should speak to the first rank if they want to see him again in the ring.
Davis: Talk to the promoter
“The businessman has retired,” Kishon Davis said on social media. “At this point, I am near the retired. Boxing is now, it’s a kind of slow at the moment. You may also say I am retired.”
“I am near the retired”, noting that he is disappointed by his career. It seems that he is dealing with self -doubt whether he had a talent to overcome the best in 140. This is the section that he claimed was moving after weight after he lost his battle against Edwin de Los Santos on June 7.
If Davis moves to a light weight, some fighters can offer him as much as Andy Cruz has done again and again in the amateurs. We are talking about Ernesto Mercado, Gary Anwan Russell, Suprell Matthias, Richardson Hitz, and Alberto Poelo.
Boxing of the businessman
“I have already bought a home. So, all I have to do is pay a mortgage. I should not emphasize the return to the ring. I don’t know when to return. I don’t know if I will go to 140 or 135.”
Even if Top Rank repeats Keyshawn, success makers cannot continue to protect him forever. They built his 12-0 record on weak opposition, which allowed him to avoid risk of being hidden against fighters such as Andy Cruz, Abdullah Mason, Raymond Moratala or Jadee Herrera. But they cannot continue to make all their next network they move.
Some fans believe that the reason behind ESPN cuts ties with the highest rank is that the match makers were collecting many unilateral battles that lack drama. They did a very good job in matching the best ranks in the battles that were James, not 50-50.
Keyshawn is an ideal example. None of his battles was that of any possibility to lose him. He was always the favorite. It was not because it is the best fighter in the lightweight section.
If the first rank is forced to match the fighters such as Keyshawn at 50-50 battles or battles where he is weak in 140 in the next broadcasting platform to which they move, he may drown his career because he is not defeated.
He looked at this way in the past because of the way it was identical. Bob Arum needs to get the slightest idea and get some different successors that will match fighters such as Keyshawn in sink or swimming battles. They cannot protect him and other fighters in the stable forever without burning bridges with the new broadcaster.
If it is about trying to get a higher rank to pay more money, it may not work. Keyshawn remains the longest outside the ring, and the lowest value will be for his ritual. It is not as if he had a great profession like sports myths.
Keyshawn was directed to the title of WBO 135 pounds with smart reconciliation. He was not obliged to fight anyone well to get a title, then fought the weakest among the heroes, Dennis Bernik, to win his belt.
