Kimberly-Clark to Invest Over $2 Billion in U.S. Manufacturing

Kimberly-Clark Corporation has announced plans to invest more than two billion dollars over the next five years in its business in North America, which represents the largest local expansion of the company in more than 30 years. The company expects investments to enhance its manufacturing ability in the United States.

The investment program will focus on the broader Al Qaeda on two projects: a new advanced manufacturing facility in Warren, Ohio, and expanded on Beach Island, South Carolina, a site with an automated distribution center. It will also include additional capital expenditures associated with innovation and automatic operation promotions via the supply chain network in North America.

Kimberly-Clarak expects the project to create more than 900 jobs in industrial automation and advanced manufacturing.

The new Ohio facility, which is located close to about 117 million consumers, will include more than a million square feet and will be a vital center for the northeast and Middle Western regions.

Designed to facilitate growth for Kimberly-Clarak’s personal care categories, the site’s manufacturing technologies will enable new and improved consumer products from the next generation, rooted in the invention of materials, product engineering and manufacturing process.

The new regional distribution center (DC) in South Carolina will create the infrastructure needed to support the future size and open the network efficiency. The DC device is located next to the company’s largest manufacturing facility, and will significantly increase the site’s ability to direct ships and simplify the distribution fingerprint.

The elbow will benefit from advanced robots, logistics systems that operate in Amnesty International and HIV to improve operational efficiency and rapid path speed to the market.

“By combining manufacturing and distribution under one automatic roof, we build a more flexible and flexible manufacturing network that will enhance service levels for our retail partners and contribute to our total productivity plan,” Kimberly Clark, chief supply chain official Tamira Vinsky said.

The construction for both singers is scheduled to start in May 2025 and is expected to be completed over the next three years.
