Kirk Tanner leaves Wendy’s to become Hershey’s new CEO

Tanner-who held the position of president and CEO of Windse for 14 months-will leave the Burger series on July 18. Its new role in the chocolate industry will start after a month on August 18, according to advertisements separate from the two companies.

“This departure comes at a time that is likely to be in Windy,” Michael Gunter, a consumer analyst, told Reuters.

Tanner began working as a president and executive of Windy in February 2024. Before that, he worked at Pepsico, Inc. , For more than 30 years, including the CEO of Pepsico Beverages America North America, according to Wendy.
