Christy Scott admits she’s in the middle of a divorce

On Wednesday, Christy Sarah took to her Instagram Stories to give another update to the curtains in the dream home she and Desmond Scott built. Recent hints from the estranged couple suggest she has retained the family estate, while Desmond has found a comfortable alternative. Neither of them said it outright, just cryptic social media posts for fans to scan and latch on to.

A few hours after posting her curtains, she shared a photo of a pastel bouquet in a glass vase. The beautiful arrangement appears to have no note attached in the photo. She commented on the photo saying: “Support system: upper class.”

She recently denied rumors that she used Finsta to also cheat during the marriage. Over the weekend, Christie also had fans with stitches and side eyes after she dropped a video “activating her bob” while wearing a fitted Juicy Couture ensemble.

Desmond Scott also thanks his supporters

Like Christie Sarah, Desmond recently thanked the people who stood in his corner after he seemingly admitted to cheating on Christie. While teasing his return to the kitchen over the weekend, he mentioned supporters who have reached out to him. “Also, I read every letter and you have no idea how much I love you, boy.” Desmond wrote in one comment section. Additionally, he agreed with a fan who challenged him to be “better” in his new start. Even Kevin Gates got a response from Desmond after the rapper shared some words of support, from one former divorced man to another!

Desmond’s blonde boo breaks her silence

Last week, TMZ exposed Marissa Springer as 24-year-old Desmond Scott locking lips at a Houston bar. Shortly after, she confirmed she was the mystery blonde featured in the viral kiss, but denied she was the person Desmond had an affair with before Christy Scott filed for divorce. Christie disclosed the infidelity in her divorce filing, but did not reveal Desmond’s partner or details about the alleged infidelity. What she said is that marriage is not repairable. According to Marissa Springer’s video statement, the ink is “dry” on Desmond’s divorce, despite reports claiming there are still agreements regarding their two sons and property to be finalized.

Meanwhile, Desmond is yet to speak about his emotional encounter with Marissa on the first night. Instead, the social media chef returned to his cooking content, from showcasing his new kitchen to making spiced sweet potato soup. On Tuesday (January 20), he posted videos to IG Stories that appear to show him sitting courtside at a Houston Rockets game. Was Marissa Springer or another mysterious woman his companion?
