A Los Angeles judge is scheduled to chair Thursday’s session, which can have great effects on the immigration application in California, a state that has become a pivotal point in the aggressive agenda of President Donald Trump.
Judge Maame Ewusi-Mensah Frimpong, one of the appointed Biden, will hear arguments on whether the emergency restrictions against the enforcement of migration and customs (ICE) about allegations that the agency violates constitutional rights will be granted while arresting migration.
The case was initially brought in in June as a routine petition of three detainees, but it joined a heavy lawsuit that challenges the way ICE works.

Immigration rights and local governments groups, including Los Angeles, Santa Monica, Collever and West Hollywood, interfered in the case and provided the countries led by Democrats as a summary of their support.
The alleged prosecutors in court papers said that the ice is the “brilliant” who throw people with “brown skin” in home warehouses, car wash, farmer and more. Lawyers wrote that the authorities made arrests without “reasonable doubts” and sometimes the American citizens arrest in this process, all in violation of the fourth amendment.
Prosecutors argued that the Trump administration gave ICE an unrealistic share of 3000 detention per day, causing officers to pressure to detonate the previous legal requirements to achieve these numbers.

Meanwhile, the Trump administration ignores allegations and denies any violations.
The Lawyer of the Ministry of Justice wrote that the migration arrests, which have been nearly 3000 across California since early June, have been legally carried out.
The lawyers wrote: “Their request is that immigration authorities be obligated to rely on some factors such as the occupation and the location that fly in the face of the existing law that requires immigration officials to consider the overall circumstances, including things such as occupation and location.”

The prosecutors also asked the judge to expand the arrival of visitors to a short -term detention facility in the center of Los Angeles.
The attachment became the site of protests and turmoil in early June, which temporarily abandoning the building. Prosecutors claim that the arrival of the detainees to lawyers has been hindered, in violation of the fifth amendment.
