Gemini on Android Auto Could Be Your Hands-Free Wingman

Google AI from Google ASSISITANT is cutting the old Google Auto Auto. Soon, users will be asked to make “conversations” with all of their car while they have their hands on 10 and 2. Unlike AI on your phone or smart watch, the real use of Gemini can be the car if there is nothing else but help you keep your eyes on the road and not on the numerous car screens.

We have already seen some of these abilities at work based on a sleeping symbol installed in the latest Android update. These previous versions seemed less than useful because they will not interact with applications like Google Maps. What Google showed on Tuesday includes a new user interface to interact with artificial intelligence through your car. Gemini appears at the bottom of the car screen with the typical tinner tire. Users should be able to claim chatbot to help in a “conversation” way without the need to use the specific claims required by the previous voice assistant from Google.

The best example of this is a video where Google Gemini requires helping to find a dining place on the road. Google should be able to connect to Google Maps and show a list of potential destinations. Then the driver asked artificial intelligence reviews about a restaurant and received a summary based on the user reviews. As a person who was in the situation when you needed to find a fuel station on a cross drive without getting several miles from the nearest exit, Gemini offers at least a safer alternative ink to tamper with a phone or view.

Google promoted some other features in its blog, including the ability to send messages across a friend and translate these messages automatically into a different language (40 languages are currently available). Gemini will also connect to YouTube and Spotify, along with Gmail and messages, for hands -free text messages and eye -free. If these features help you ignore the screen that the car manufacturers are subjected to adhesion instead of each information and manual control, it is a blessing for drivers.

What might be more distracted is the integration of direct Gemini with your car. If you tell your car, “Google, let’s talk”, you will put the direct interface that allows you to conduct a “conversation” with artificial intelligence. Artificial intelligence may be useful in calming Road Rage as I stumbled behind another accident in New York Belt Parkway, or it may end up with an anger.

Features should come to user devices “in the coming months”, but they will be available for cars with Google, then. Google plans to display these features in Google I/O Set to start May 20. We have already known that Google plans to add support for some games in the car, but the Android maker said he wanted to add more support to the video as well. These features should only work when they are suspended, and they can prove useful distraction for young children in the back seat. However, if companies that stick to more screens are confirmed in cars, the preference will not deserve this.
