Liberal Justice declines to block removal of migrants who claim fleeing cartel

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court judge, Elena Kagan, denied the emergence of the emergency by four Mexican citizens facing the deportation. Requesting the court to prevent it temporarily to be removed so that they can submit an official petition for review.

Kagan rejected the request without comment and did not refer the issue to her court colleagues.

The family entered the United States illegally, asked for asylum, and the immigration judge denied their claims.

This ruling was supported by the Immigration Appeals Council in November 2023, and the Court of Appeal confirmed in the ninth district of the resolution in February 2025. A temporary residence was raised to remove on April 7.

The emergency call to justice, Kagan, argued that the minimum courts and immigration authorities failed to consider reliable evidence and claims of due legal procedures.

She denied the application without referring this.

In their deposit, the lawyer of the two Melissians, Leroy George Sidl, wrote: “The petitioners face an imminent removal and they were directed to submit a report to the Immigration Office on 4/17/2025, despite the reliable and detailed certificate and documentary evidence that was found to be targets of the Kartitat violence due to a family family and arranged to join pressure.”

There was no response from the Ministry of Justice to the request before Kagan issued its decision.

As of Thursday morning, the two affluises were asked to submit a report to the American immigration authorities. Their behavior remains determined.
