This amendment allows the vice president and ministers to remove a president from his role if he is “unable to perform his office powers and duties.”
Issa told Fox News: “It was supposed to be always the Vice President and the Council of Ministers, based on the assumption that they would perform their right and observe them seriously and that they were closer to the president to see if this event was required.” “It now seems as if their neutrality can be interrogated.”

There is a very high threshold to amend the constitution-a third of voting in each room and ratified by three quarters of the states. Therefore, if the amendment verifies the judiciary, it will face a difficult way to make it through Congress, even with the control of the unified Republicans. But Issa says that it is worth making an effort to improve the system.
“Since it did not succeed, we have to ask, is there another way to make it work better in the future?” He asked.
