Deel files countersuit against Rippling as rivalry escalates

In the latest development of a growing general conflict between salary and salary competitors, Deel provided a counter -wavy suit.

To abandon: the ripples were publicly represented on March 17 that he was suing Del because of the alleged companies spying, with accusations ranging from violation of the Rico Racketeing law (Usually used to try organized crime) to offend the use of trade secrets and unfair competition. Del is now criticizing this lawsuit as part of a “campaign to try Del’s reputation”.

This original lawsuit included a written certificate of the alleged spy who reads like the film’s text program. Del was denied by all violations.

Now emerging, things take a step forward. In a blog post on Friday, Del announced that she had filed a civilian against the Tamulippening Court in Dillauer.

Dell’s complaint, on April 24, and its review by Techcrunch, draws an unavailable image of the CEO of the Parker Conrad Company, describing the executive authority as “chasing his previous failures, and is now nourishing it suffocating jealousy from his inability to compete with Del in the market.”

Del also claimed that the ripple was not limited to its customers, the salary tax and social benefits to the local tax authorities, but rather “classifying and reporting these funds as their own profits.” The prosecution continued that “it is not only to steal this money from its customers, but also from its employees using a similar scheme.”

In response, Conrad moved to X to publish it, “No place opposes our central claims – that Bouazizalex personally employed a spy to steal the Ripbling commercial secrets, and personally directed the theft.”

Specifically, Dell made three suggestions dealing with a Rigpling march suit, including:

  • A suggestion to dismiss the uncomfortable forum for Ireland-Baraja that the issue should be resolved as “the issues that started previously” against Keith O’Brien, the alleged spy.
  • A proposal to dismiss under Article 12 (B) (6) – noting that “the failure of the ripples in determining a viable claim against Del.”
  • Slapp- “to try to rip, through litigation, to violate the Del protected behavior.”

In her complaint, Deel is manufacturing counter, claiming that the Tamulipity requests Deel employees “to move to a commercial sensitive information about Deel”. The deposit is also accused of ripping a position “from the inside in Dell, which mainly allows him to eavesdrop on Del’s interior communications without Del’s permission.”

As of April 14, the ripples were trying to serve Alex Boujawaz with legal papers. However, it cannot seem to seem to be the French preparators who were hired by ripples they find Bouaziz. On April 15, Techcrunch stated that Deel CEO was in Dubai, which made Ripple’s efforts to serve him. “Alex lives in Israel. He has been in Dubai for a few days for Easter with his family, something he did over the past few years,” Dell spokesman told Techcrunch on Friday.
