Toyota’s new Chinese BEV integrates ROHM SiC MOSFET

A fourth -generation silicone chip is adopted in the fourth generation of silicone (SIC) for the manufacture of metal oxidation (MOSFET) for bare chip for huge production in a new battery vehicle in Toyota (BZ5), which is specifically designed for the Chinese market.

Also, Toyota Motor Europe has made a partnership with VDL GROEP to enter fuel cell trucks, on the occasion of progressing towards the emissions of the Safru tube in hard logistical services.
This cooperation has already led to the deployment of four additional fuel cells, after a preliminary show vehicle.
