UAE agrees to 10-year, $1.4T investment framework, White House announces

The White House announced on Friday that the United Arab Emirates (United Arab Emirates) agreed to a 10 -year investment framework worth $ 10 trillion, saying that “it will greatly increase the current UAE investments in the American economy.” The White House said that the investments will be in the infrastructure of artificial intelligence, semi -conductors, energy, American manufacturing and more.

The White House said in a press statement that the United Arab Emirates agreed to this framework after president Donald Trump, UAE National Security Adviser, hh Sheikh Tahain bin Zayed Al -Nayhane, to attend a meeting in the Oval Office.

Sheikh Trump thanked the “hot welcome and hospitality” in a post on X. He said that their discussions focused on the future of relations between the United States.

Sheikh Tahna added: “The United Arab Emirates remains committed to strengthening its economic relations with the United States by accelerating investments in artificial intelligence, advanced technology, infrastructure, energy and health care – the main pillars of sustainable growth and development.”

According to the White House, investments in the Abu Dhabi -based MGX, Blackrock and Microsoft, and global infrastructure partners who work with NVIDIA and Xai to support the “American leadership”. The group will fill up to $ 100 billion to support construction. In addition, the UAE -UAE aluminum is expected to invest in the first new aluminum fuse in America in 35 years.

“These important investments confirm the close relations between the United States and the United Arab Emirates, and the strong relationship between President Trump and President Sheikh Mohamed,” the White House wrote.

While he was in the capital, Sheikh Tanon met with many members of the Trump administration, including Treasury Secretary Scott Beesen, Trade Minister Howard Lottenic, Director of the Central Intelligence Agency John Ratcliffe and National Security Adviser Mike Walz.

Trump also wrote about the meeting in a post on the social truth, saying: “The UAE and the United States have long been partners to work to bring peace and security to the Middle East and the world. Discussions also included ways for our countries to increase our partnership for the advancement of our economic and technological future.”
