Mohandas Pai slams Bengaluru’s ‘Chaar Jam Yatra,’ calls city’s traffic a ‘sad joke’ traffic

Traffic problems in Bangaluru again turned into an online scene. A virus publication on the “Bangalore tourism for 4 days, 3 nights”, highlighted the city’s most passport-Uter ring, the silk panel intersection, Marathhhali, and HSR-planning as if they were destinations to see the city’s landmarks.
Pay engineer, former CEO of Infosys, shared the image on X (Twitter), expressing his frustration with the city’s infrastructure. She described it as a “sad joke on Bangaluru”, at least we have a sense of humor about our suffering and an unexpected government. “
Social media interaction: humor or criticism?
The viral post has caused mixed responses on the Internet. Some users estimated humor, while others saw another round of criticism from Bay.
One of the users assumed a problem with the publication of the post, saying: “The joke is not sad in itself, but the fact that it is not written in Kanada may disturb many!”
Another user suggested, “If we want to solve the traffic problem! 25 prominent or people’s committee. Headed by 1. A comprehensive plan for roads only 2 two ways for ITPL, how onneave has ended such people 6lk.
Others questioned Pay’s repeated criticism without providing solutions. “I have published a lot of tension … What is the solution to the traffic problems in Bangaluru? Tunnels construction, high roads, and valid roads, spend? Please reach some practical suggestions, will be much more useful.”
A meeting with CM deputy in Karnataka
Amid the online debate, Pai recently met the Deputy Prime Minister of the state of Karnataka DK Shivakumar to discuss urban challenges in Bangaluru.
According to Ani, Bay, who is also the head of global education services in Manibal, visited Shivakomar at his residence in Sadashvanagar on Saturday. Speaking to reporters after the meeting, Bay stressed the need for comprehensive development.
“Bangaluru is a wonderful city, a global city, and a scientific city. We need better pedestrian corridors, methods and expansion of the metro. We confirmed DK Shivakumar that the great development will happen within six months. We are confident that our fears will be addressed.”
