Monday practice canceled due to weather

The first round of the Master 2025 Championship will start at the Ugusta National Golf Stadium on Thursday, April 10, and the beneficiaries are eagerly looking for this event. However, the training rounds began on Monday, April 7, that must be suspended due to the weather.
Every year, the beneficiaries meet in the National Ugusta to watch some of the world’s best golf players compete for the master’s title. The prestigious event was created in 1934 and is one of the four major companies in the professional golf game.
After the training round was suspended, Augusta officially issued an advertisement saying that the golf club will not be open to the sponsors on Monday because of the stormy weather. Advertising Reading:
“Because of the stormy weather and current expectations, the National Golf National Club will not be reopened in front of our pastors on Monday. Readings will be sent from buyers in training tickets on Monday in May and the opportunity to purchase training tickets for the year 2026 will be guaranteed. More information will be included at the time of the amount.” (Via x)
The president of the National Golf Club, Farid Riley, extended his apology for the sudden closure of the gates, saying that everyone’s safety is still a priority.
Riley said: “We were disappointed that our pastors cannot fully enjoy the training round today, but everyone’s safety in Ugusta National is our upper priority and was the decisive factor in the cancellation decision. We look forward to welcoming our target on Monday, in addition to celebrating the wonderful 89 Master Championships in front of us this week.” (Via x)
There are two other rounds scheduled on Tuesday and Wednesday. The main tournament will start on April 10 and conclude on April 13.
2025 Master in Ugusta National: Complete Table
Master begins with practice tours before starting the main event. There will also be a hero dinner and a master’s competition equally.
Below is a look at what appears to be the schedule for a master’s week:
- Monday April 7: Players arrive/the first training round
- Tuesday April 8: The second round of training round and Master Champions
- Wednesday, April 9: The third and master’s practice competition.
- Thursday April 10: The first round of the tournament
- Friday, April 11: The second round of the tournament
- Thursday April 12: The third round of the tournament
- Friday, April 13: The final round of the tournament, followed by a green jacket party
Last year, the world’s 1 golf player, Scotti Chefler, won the Master’s Championship with 11-under. Four strikes behind him, Ludvig Aberg settled for second place with seven. Aberg Max Homa, Collin Morikawa and Tommy Fleetwood, who all tied with T3.
This year, Sheffler will postpone the Master in an attempt to defend his title. The major golf players will be like the leading winner four times Rorre McLeroy and the main winner twice Praison Deschambo in this field.
