Navarro brushes off feud with Elon Musk: ‘Boys will be boys’

White House Trade Adviser, Peter Navarro, dismantled concerns about the dispute between him and billionaire Elon Musk, on the pretext that the administration advisers had a “great” relationship.
“First and foremost, I and I am great. It is not a problem,” Navarro said during his appearance on NBC News, “Met The Press” on Sunday.
The comments come after Navarro and Musk are intertwined in a general war of words last week after Navarro said in an interview that Tesla Musk is more than a “assembly” of “car manufacturer” that relies on parts of other countries.

“We all understand all of the White House (and the American people) that Elon A Cannafrant is not a car factory – it is a car complex,” said Navarro at CNBC. “In many cases, if you go to his factory in Texas, then a good part of the engines he gets (which in the case of EV is the batteries) comes from Japan and comes from China. The electronics come from Taiwan.”
It seems that the point does not sit well with Musk, who moved to X to defend his car company.
“Navarro is really a fool. What he says here is clearly wrong,” said Musk.
“Tesla has the most American -made cars. Navarro is stupid than a brick bag,” Musk added in a later post.

But Navaro reduced the war of public words on Sunday, praising the contributions of musk in the Trump administration.
“Everything is fine with Eileon,” said Navarro. “See, Elon does a very good job with his team, with waste, fraud and abuse. This is a tremendous contribution to America. No man should do this type of things subject to his cars designed by bombs.”

The White House also reduced the concerns of their concerns, as the secretary, Caroline Levitte, argued that the dispute indicates that president Donald Trump is ready to hear different views significantly at the highest level.

She said during a press conference last week: “It is clear that these two people have very different views on trade and tariffs. Children will be children, and we will call them to compete with the public.” “You must all be very grateful because we have the most transparent management in history.”
