Netflix’s ‘KPop Demon Hunters’ is probably the biggest movie in theaters

A copy of the Singalong movie from the movie “KPOP Demon Hunters”, nearly $ 18 million to $ 20 million in theaters this week, making it the first movie at the local box office. This is despite being only in the theaters of two thirds of the weekend (which is Saturday and Sunday).

This is not the first time that the broadcasting title is topped the box office. This is also an impressive victory for a movie that was available when broadcasting since late June, and has already rose to second place on the Netflix scheme for the most monitored movies ever, with more than 210 million views. (It is, in some way, between “red notice” and “pregnancy”).

“KPOP Demon Hunters” tells the story of a group of K-Pop girls, yes, chasing demons, “KPOP Demon Hunters”, produced by Sony Pictures Animation and with the American/Korean American/Korean voice. “Golden”, a song from the film’s soundtrack, topped the Billboard plans and broadcast more than 400 million times on Spotify.

Longing with a long -term rejection of showing movies without an exclusive theatrical window, AMC theaters refused to show this solo version of “KPOP Demon Hunters”, but it was the only main series that would do so.
