“Regardless of the difficulty of this in the Ministry of Justice for me, they are angry because they will not break my soul,” Santos published on Friday in the wake of the court submission by the American lawyer to the Eastern Region in New York.

Santos has already agreed to spend at least two years in prison, and he was expected to be sentenced to February, but he asked the court to postpone the ruling so that he could earn enough podcasts to pay nearly $ 600,000 in compensation and confiscation.

Prosecutors claimed that he had made $ 800,000 of manifestations on the Cameo application, as previous reports indicate that he was receiving $ 350 for videos that included Drag Alter Ego Kitara Ravache. Santos has previously denied clothes as a clouds or fastening queen with withdrawal queens.

On Friday, prosecutors argued that Santos calls for an important penalty because his “unparalleled crimes” were mocked of the country’s election system.

The office wrote: “From its creation of a completely fictional biography to stealing harsh money from the elderly and the weak donors, Santos’s unrestricted greed and evil appetite for fame, enabled him to exploit the system through which we choose our representatives.”

They wrote that it was only regretted and the bombing of investigations into its crimes as a “charming chase.”

They also said that his allegations of remorse after he acknowledged that he was “Range Holo”, and they suggested that he had a “high possibility to re -present” given that he had not lost any of his illegal gains or paid any of his victims.

Lawyers are in line with these sentences with those who were handed over to former American deputy Jesse Jackson Junior and other political figures facing similar financial crimes.

Santos legal team requested a two -year prison sentence on Friday. His lawyer, Andrew Mansila, said that the prosecutors were selling a false narration to the court.

“The government wants newspaper headlines, not justice. This transitional request for 87 months ignores the criteria for issuing judgments for similar cases,” Mansilla said.

The novice legislator was expelled a year after his first term in the House of Representatives in the wake of the report of the Camel Parliament Ethics Committee, which was found to be offended the campaign funds on luxury and only elements, among other things. He did not owe a crime at the time.

During his campaign, Santos claimed that he joined the University of New York, that he had worked in Goldman Sachs and Steprep, and that his ancestors escaped from the Nazis during World War II. None of these allegations was correct.

Santos was once described as a rising political star after turning the suburbs that cover the wealthy North North beach in Long Island and a slice of Queens City in New York City in 2022.

Last year, he failed to try to re -launch his political career by running as an independent in a neighboring area to re -enter the House of Representatives.
