Newsom foe picked by Trump for U.S. attorney vows to ‘dismantle’ sanctuary state shields

Bill Essia, a member of the Republican House of Representatives in California, pledged to dismantle “his mandate as a famous haven for illegal immigrants after President Donald Trump exploited him this week to head a team of prosecutors in the largest federal boycott court in the country.

“I am excited to get to work and carry out their vision and mission to the Ministry of Justice,” Essia told Fox News Digital in an interview. “I think the first thing of work is reassuring people and re -establishing confidence in the Ministry of Justice. I think that during the past few years, he has been armed and politicized, and the President has made it clear that we will restore confidence in our law enforcement agencies and to the Ministry of Justice.”

Essayli, a shocking rod in legislative policy in California who repeatedly excels with the ruler of Democrat Gavin Gavin, said his commitment is to “restore law and order” in his new position as an American lawyer for the Central Central Region in California. “We will return to work,” he said. “We will pursue these national organizations, which the president has identified as terrorist organizations.”

“We will go after illegal criminal migration,” continued Essayli.

He put himself in a possible confrontation in the coming months with newsom, who “made Trump” on the state with a $ 50 million legal fund to protect illegal immigrants in the state, Essayli pledged to “dismantle the state of the Haram’s state that they enjoyed here in California.”

Brandon Richards, spokesman Newsom OfficeI told Fox News Digital in a previous statement that “none of this financing will be used to support immigration services for criminals.”

In addition, Essayli said as an American lawyer, whose office will address public corruption, noting, “I don’t think we have strong issues of public corruption and investigations. I have long been late.”

When asked if the newsom had contacted him since his appointment, Essayli laughed.

“No,” he said. “We are not talking.”

Fox News Digital communicated with the news office for comment, but it has not heard at the time of publication.

Essayli went face to face with the NEWSOM administration throughout his Republic’s career in the state, and criticized the state for its dealings with the Department of Forestry Forests, Public Safety, Reform and Parents’ Rights in Schools. It was not uncommon in the past few years to see Essayli in the meetings of the school’s board of directors expressing his opposition to the policies prohibiting parental notification of their child’s sexual identity.

When asked how he would get the removal of the Haram’s mandate for illegal immigrants, Essayli replied that he would work “side by side” with the Ministry of Justice in Trump and Public Prosecutor Pam Bondi.

“We will make a plan together,” he said. “This is not something clear that I am ready to discuss or sign at this stage, but I assure you that something will be done, and when we do it, it will be well known in public places.”

A few hours before he was appointed to be the following federal prosecutors in the region that includes the Los Angeles Province, Essayli presented the Association Law 844, which sought to reflect the current California law that allows biological males to participate in the sports teams of girls and women opposite their sexual identity. However, the Association Committee for Arts, Entertainment, Sports and Tourism rejected AB 844 along the party lines on Tuesday.

Essayli described tolerance with girls transformed in girls’ sports “not only bad policy, it is also a flagrant violation of the ninth bank and endangers California schools at the risk of billions of losses in federal financing”, during the committee session. “I think California will consider the ninth title, either through this legislative process or the court process.”

He resigned from his position as a association in that evening to accept the federal position.

In a press release, the US Public Prosecutor’s Office said that Essayli, who was born to Lebanese immigrants, had the constitutional oath to the office of the country’s largest lawyer outside Washington, DC, on Wednesday morning. The office, which includes more than 250 lawyers for employees, serves about 20 million people across the Los Angeles, Orange, Riferside, San Bernardino, Ventura, Santa Barbara and San Luis Obebasu.

Essayli previously established the law firm Essayli & Brown LLP in 2019 and worked as a federal public prosecutor from 2014 to 2018 at Los Angeles and Riverside offices. Before his federal role, he was a deputy provincial lawyer in Riferside County and worked as a lawyer for Paul Himingz LLP.

The American lawyer Essaylli’s nomination requires confirmation of the Senate, but the president has the authority to appoint someone to this position on a temporary basis before the Senate confirmation.
