California Governor Gavin News said on Sunday that he will sue the Trump administration for the deployment of 300 National Guard employees in California to Oregon.
“We are sustaining Donald Trump. Its deployment of the National Guard in California, Oregon is not related to the crime. It is related to power. It uses our army as a political shy to build its ego.”
The move comes just one day after a federal judge preventing president Donald Trump’s attempt to deploy the National Guard in Oregon, Portland.

“In response to an order from the Federal Court that prevented his attempt to give the Federal Stamp to the National Guard in Oregon, President Trump publishes 300 members of the California National Guard in Oregon. They are on their way there now,” New Democrat, in a statement.
“This is a breathtaking abuse of law and power. The Trump administration is not subject to the same rule of law and the implementation of their dangerous words – ignoring the orders of the court and the treatment of judges, even those who are appointed by the president himself, as political opponents.”

The president’s batch of deployment of the National Guard forces has ignited repeated clashes with democratic rulers and mayors.
Illinois Governor JB Pritzker was among the most vocal critics, which led to Trump’s ongoing proposal to send the forces to Chicago – an idea promoted by the president for weeks.
Trump also threatened to extend publishing operations to other cities, including Baltimore and New Orleans. The forces have already been sent to Los Angeles and Washington.
