NJ Rep. McIver dodges questions after fundraising off detention center charges

Representative Lamonica McGever, DN.J. refused The answer to Fox News questions about whether its motives for storming the Federal Immigration detention center earlier this month are to increase its public image, after it was discovered that Makver had collected donations from the incident that led to federal accusations of democracy in New Jersey.

The Ministry of Justice has publicly clarified federal charges against Makver on Tuesday, accusing it of allegedly “attacking the Dilani Hall, disabled and interfering with law enforcement” earlier this month in the facility of migrant detention in the Newark area known as Dylani Hall. McVer was there with other members of the Congress to conduct what they claimed were the duties of the supervision assigned in Congress, as well as the mayor of Newark, New Jersey, Ras Barka, who was later arrested after the accident but was subsequently dropped.

“The Congress member, will you be able to tell me what made you decide to collect donations from the accident and the charges?” McVer was asked.

“No comment,” said Makver laughing from the reporter asking the question. “I wish you a great day.”

“How do you respond to people who might think this is why you went to the ice attachment? You want to donate it?”

But the follow -up question was not answered, as the Congress member repeatedly ignored the correspondent questions. Instead, she focused her attention on discussion with her employees who were accompanying Mciver at that time.

“What comment, a member of Congress, to collect donations? What can you do different to avoid fees?”

On Tuesday, Fox News Digital, which revealed McIVER, unveiled its charges shortly after its landing from the Ministry of Justice. Investigators accused McVer of assaulting two federal agents in the Dylani Hall, according to shipping documents.

Law enforcement says that Makifer attacked the agents when she “criticized her help in the body of” the official immigration official while trying to “curb the customer by seizing him by force.” It is claimed that Makver also tried to prevent agents from arresting Barka, and after placing him on handcuffs, he claimed that he “pushed an ice officer and used her assistants to strike the agent by force.”

“As you know, Trump is using the Ministry of Justice to target political opponents. Less than two weeks ago, I was doing my job and conducted supervision at the ICE facility in my city,” a text to collect donations obtained by Fox News Digital.

“Now, the Trump official has charged me. This is the first flashing red light for our democracy,” continues. “I look at the warning and ask you to donate now so that we can fight these charges and continue to talk about the truth to power.”
