On June 18, NBC 10 stated that the prosecutors are investigating the Berlington Province, New Jersey Cars.

A road inspection note on the 73rd road in Palmyra was presented, and investigators took licenses from the company’s garage, boxes and computers from the office.

Only prosecutors can confirm that the agency is under investigation and did not speak to specific charges. However, they told NBC 10 that they had received many complaints from customers who claim to be deceived by the agency.

Meanwhile, NBC 10 had already looked at Autosmart after the viewer communicated with a problem with the agency. The last investigation can be linked to it.

Susan Nobel NBC 10 requested an investigation into a case related to a car she bought and funded last September through Autosmart.

“I bought a used car from Autosmart in Palmyra. They told NBC 10.

Nobel said it funded the purchase with the acceptance of the American credit (ACA) and returned after a few months as a plan for re -financing.

Nobel said: “They said they sent a check to the first company I funded,” Nobel said. This amount of return should have been the total needed to meet debts, including benefits and fees.

But Nobel said that ACA told her that they had not received the reward for her loan from Autosmart. This left Nabila with car loans in its name, which reached more than $ 50,000. She said this hurts her ability to buy a house.

She told NBC 10: “They know how difficult it is to work. They know that I am a nurse, and they know that I am a single mother … for them to do this to me is unreasonable,” she told NBC 10.

NBC 10 communicated with Autosmart to find out why the original Nobel loan could not be paid when it was re -funded. A representative from Smartsource, who said they were consultants at Autosmart, and blamed the relevant financial institutions.
