‘No salary Mental torture…’: Reddit user’s shocking claims of withheld pay, threats by a big IT firm has netizens debating

Reddit user allegations against the higher information technology company have sparked anger and online discussion, highlighting dangerous demands for mental harassment, denying salaries, and doubtful human resources practices in one of the largest technology companies in India.

In a detailed group of Reddit Post anxiety Tangelo-8150, the company claimed that the company, after the user project ended in mid-October, their was transferred to the bench-a common industrial practice for inactive employees who are waiting for new projects. The user mentioned, “Since we had the option to work from home, we used it,” but the problems started when they returned to the office in January and were appointed to a new project.

According to the user account, his internal arrival (Ultimatix) suddenly was banned. When contacting human resources, they received a horrific response. “They claimed that since I did not inform the office from mid -October to December, they will not pay me for a period of three months. In addition, they told me that they would summarize my next three salary to restore arrears,” the Reddit user.

What increases the complexity of matters, it was reported that human resources demanded written acceptance of these conditions to cancel the arrival and insist on attending the daily office after that. During this period, the user said that they “did not receive any financial support”, from the company and the savings fund (PF), who was not preceded, forcing them to rely on personal savings for rent, and other necessities.

The frustration deepened, as the new user project involves the work of seizures that require 2 pm until midnight-or later-for a US-based agent. However, the Human Resources meetings scheduled at 10 am, punishing the absence by adding additional arrears, “regardless of whether or not I am working on that day”, added the user.

“The human resources were very rude and insisted that I had to pay the salary of the three months before leaving me and mentioned that they would be inserted.”

Reactions from other Reddit users vary widely. One commentator advised an immediate escalation, recommended, “sending one e -mail CC’ing all reports managers who describe all possible harassment … and used this mail on social media in the case of lions menu.”

Another user argued that the complaint may lack the validity, saying: “Only the semester variable wage is affected in the event of not reporting the office,” which indicates that the presented scenario was unlikely or exaggerated.

Others urged caution, noting that “it is wise not to assume anything while he is on the bench,” warning that the lack of documented approvals or evidence of the work completed during the bench period can leave the user “a sterile battle.”
