Oscar Piastri’s F1 mentor comments following his Dutch GP triumph

McLaren Star Oscar Piastri won the F1 race in 2025 GP after it started from the Pole. However, the Australian did not control the weekend and was under pressure from his teammate Lando Norris in all sessions. Mark Weber, Piastri’s F1 and the former F1 driver, praised the McLaren driver after the Zaandvourt victory.
Lando Norris won three of the last four races in the period before the Dutch GP. Oscar Pastari’s progress in the championship was handed over to only 9 points after his teammate’s victory in the Grand Grand Prix. Norris took control of all the three training sessions and topped the timing papers.
However, I reached the qualifiers, Oscar Baysri distributed his teammate by 0.012 seconds in the third quarter of the pole center. Max Verstapen Norris passed the opening lap over the most softening tires, and by the time the British champion the champion returned, PiaSSTri was already in second place.
Norris began to catch a knee in PiaSSTRI, followed by multiple safety cars, which put the British on his colleague’s gearbox on McLaren. Regardless, Oscar Bayasteri managed to absorb pressure and keep the lead until Lando Norris retired from the race due to a mechanical problem.


Mark Weber came out and triumphed over PiaSSTRI in the Dutch GP, he said,
“Wonderful. I have traveled well today. I don’t have many interviews about him, but I think today, a big day for Australian car sport,” (via Sky F1)
“Oscar now, who has achieved this early success in his career, is the real credit for him. He has put a great deal of work in it, was beautifully executed, and the team did a good job as well. I am happy. We had a lot of joking between us.
The victory in Zandfurt was the seventh victory for Pestry for this season, and he was able to extend his progress in the tournament by 25 points as Norris retired from the race.

Oscar Piasstri just 9 points ago on Lando Norris in the Dutch GP. However, the victory for him and DNF for his teammate in the team means that he is now increasing his progress to 34 points, and Norris will have to once again escalate the progress of the Australian driver.
However, PiaSSTRI warns of the threat from Lando and suggests that one DNF for him is all that Norris requires to be on his tail. He said ,
“There is still a long way. I need to continue paying and try to win races still. I will not say it is a very comfortable margin. As we saw today, you can change with one DNF very quickly, so yes.”
With 9 races in the season, Norris has a difficult task.
