When Kimberly Gravitt – a widow of GWINNETT – has left her mortgage, she arrived at a company believed to be a lifeline: Homesaver 911. However, she participated in the services of this company in developing a series of events that did not leave anything.
Gravitt is now facing evacuation-from a house you think is still owned-the stress was so severe that it was recently taken to the hospital in a mental health facility, according to WSB-TV [1].

“Nothing. No money. Nothing.”
Gravitt contacted Homesaver 911 in 2024 asking for help because she hopes to avoid mortgage. As part of the rescue deal, Gravitt signed a guarantee instrument – a legal document that transmits the ownership of Gravitt property – to Homsaver 911.
The WSB-TV company told this conversion that it is supposed to be temporary and that ownership is returned to customers once the loan is paid. However, in this case, the act appears to have been transferred to another company called Georgia Venture Investment Company.
Then this company moved to Gravitt to the court in 2024, claiming that it agreed to sell its property for $ 150,000 in 2023, but it failed to follow the deal. The Volton Provincial Judge stood alongside the Georgia Investment Company in the virtual ruling and ruled that it must sell the house to the company “when paying the purchase price and other funds required under the contract [2]”
Although Gray was unable to find any documents to prove the sale or transfer of money, the lawyer of Georgia Venture Investment Company sent a statement to Gray.
“Georgia has presented the money project to Mrs. Gharbet several times, but she refuses to accept her. She or her lawyer may get money at any time,” says the statement. But gravity says this is absolutely incorrect.
Unfortunately, Gravitt is not unique. The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) has previously issued a warning about mortgage fraud that often targeting the most dangerous Americans. [3].

According to FDIC, there was a recent increase in companies or individuals who claim to be “mortgage rescue agencies” or “mortgage advisers”. These fraudsters tend to be the prey of homeowners who have failed to mortgage and may be at risk of mortgage.
The fraud includes a “temporary” transfer from the home support, which ultimately leads to the victim’s loss of control of their property.
In 2024, the Federal Trade Committee reported 34,304 cases that include mortgage fraud or debt dilution, making it the most common forms of financial fraud in the country. The victims of these fraud lost $ 82.9 million in the total last year [4].
