On Sunday, Democratic Democrat Alex Badilla of California claimed that he was only trying to ask a question when he was forcibly removed from the press conference of the Minister of Internal Security Christie Sleep in Los Angeles last week.

Badilla recalled his side of the story during his appearance on the “CNN” state of “CNN”, saying that he was already in the building for a separate briefing when he decided to attend the NOEM press conference on recent immigration protests and riots in Los Angeles.

But what happened after that, he said: “You cannot scenario in Hollywood.”

“I did not try to be unresolved or annoying – and I don’t think I was,” Senator said. “I was simply asking a question just as members of the Press Corps ask questions, members of congress, and members of the Senate asking questions to do our work to hold the administration accountable.”
