The Dust-UP started with a tourist massacre on April 22 in Belgma, Kashmir. All the victims except for one of the Indian citizens, and India quickly charged its finger to Pakistan, which refused the charge.
The attack took place in a distant valley that can only be reached on foot or by horse, and after the attack, the gunmen claimed that some of the victims of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

While Pakistan denies any involvement in the attack, the ambassador said that the suspects were Indian citizens who have already been raided. He asked why India looked outside its borders instead of dealing with what he described as “administrative palaces” in Jammu and Kashmir, an area that he has repeatedly referred to as “illegally occupied.”
He also criticized the broader India policies in Kashmir, including the alleged settlement of non-residents in the region, and what he called threats to prohibit unilateral water flows from Pakistan’s rivers-a step he said that the long-term Andos Waters treaty.
Saeed said: “This is as much illegal as much as possible.” “This is a treaty that carries wars between India and Pakistan.” Pakistan said it would consider cutting water supplies from a war – and taking the Hague’s appeals, accusing New Delhi of water terrorism.
The ambassador called on countries all over the world to help in a permanent settlement.
Saeed said: “In the past, when the situation was at this level or rising tensions, the international community came to the situation, but he took their attention, even before the situation could completely spread it,” Said said. “This time, it may be … in time in terms of position in other places of the world, with similar situations, which one can notice, see and return to the intolerance of the domain solution, but to address the broader problem.”

India and Pakistan control all parts of the Kashmir region, but both claim it completely. They fought three wars on the region.
In 2019, a border attack was killed by the militants at least 40 Indian parameshes in Kashmir. India responded with the targets of bombing inside Pakistan.
The Moody government canceled the independence of the Muslim Kashmir in 2019, while returning it to Indian control and paying protests.
Kashmir has been a disputed region since India and Pakistan gained their independence from Britain in 1947. The region is now one of the most military areas in the world. Violence by regional armed groups has left tens of thousands.
But Moody’s aggressive position in Kashmir has hurried relative peace over the past five years, which strengthened his popularity locally. He may feel the political pressure to respond strongly to the latest dust.
