Elise Stefanik undercuts Mike Johnson in stunning public GOP spat

Johnson said he was “talks” with Stefanick and her colleague in New Yorker, Representative Mike Lawler, RN.Y, when he was asked if he had discussed the next ruling elections with potential candidates.

Stefanick cited a Panchwol news report on Johnson’s comments at the General Press Conference and wrote about X, “This is not true. I haven’t had any talks with the spokesman on the ruling race.”

Fox News Digital communicated with both Johnson and Stefanick for further comment, but it has not heard again by the time of the press.

It is an amazing general struggle between two members of the Republican Party leadership in the House of Representatives that comes shortly after Stefanick’s return to her role at home full time.

She was easily prepared to sail through the Senate confirmation process to become the new President of Donald Trump’s new Ambassador to the United Nations.

Johnson said: “I love them both. They are two of my favorite people in my most trusted colleagues. They are both very talented, and for this reason they are talked about to do other things … I mean, my preferences in everything that remains with me here,” Johnson said.
