President Trump fired Democratic FTC commissioners on Tuesday

President Donald Trump launched two Democratic Commissioners of the Federal Trade Committee on Tuesday, both of whom say they are planning to prosecute their jobs.

The shooting of commissioners Alvaro Pedoya and Rebecca Silotter, which represents the democratic minority in the five -member committee. The White House immediately confirmed Trump’s launch of officials to Fox News Digital, but Bedoya and Slaughter made public statements they say they intend to prosecute a return to their roles.

“I am a delegate in the Federal Trade Committee. The president illegally called me,” he wrote in a hands on social media, saying that Trump wants to “be” a title “for his friends in Golf.”

Slaughter issued a similar statement saying that Trump “launched it illegally”, on the pretext that the move was “violating the simple language of the statute and preceding the clear Supreme Court.”

“We are still commissioners. We are suggesting this to explain this to everyone.”

The Chairman of the Federal Trade Committee Andrew Ferguson, a Republican who was appointed for the first time in the committee by President Biden, then made the Chairman of the Board of Directors by Trump, said he had not seen any problems in the shooting on Tuesday.

Ferguson wrote: “President Donald J “I have no doubt about its constitutional authority to remove the commissioners, which is necessary to ensure democratic accountability of our government.”

He added: “I hope that the commissioners will vibrate well, and I thank them for their service.”

FTC’s shooting is only a newer battle on Trump’s executive borders. His administration faces many lawsuits from former employees who are disturbed throughout the federal government, and many federal judges have sought to hinder his administration’s efforts.

Last week, the American Partial Court judge James Pasperg orally issued a 14 -day restriction to stop the Trump administration’s TREN DE Aragua deportation plan immediately. Trump was deporting the gang members under the law of foreign enemies of 1798, and it could have forced two planes full of TDA members to return to American territory.

Trump’s efforts to reduce the federal government with Elon Musk and the Ministry of Governmental efficiency (DOGE) also led to a set of legal challenges.
