Trump signs executive order requiring proof of U.S. citizenship to register to vote in federal elections

On Tuesday, President Donald Trump signed an executive order asking people evidence of American citizenship when they register to vote and demand a review of all voting cards by election day.
It takes a guide to the government on American citizenship in the voter registration models, and the Prosecutor is directed to conclude information sharing agreements with state election officials to determine the cases of elections or other election law violations, and the conditions related to federal elections on states that are compatible with measures of federal elections integration.
“There are other steps that we will take in the coming weeks,” Trump said before signing the matter. “We think we will be able to get fair elections.”

“It is an honor to sign this one,” he added. “I signed all of them, built to sign this honor.”
The United States has failed to “implement basic and necessary electoral protection,” says.
Elections experts immediately criticized this step, saying that it would destroy millions of voters.

“Free, fair and honest elections that have not been ignored by fraud, errors or doubts are essential to preserving our constitutional republic,” provides the matter. “However, the United States has not adequately implemented the requirements of the federal elections, for example, countries prevent the vote of voting that was received after the election day or prevent non -citizens from registering to vote.”

Under the conditions of the matter, Trump ordered the Electoral Aid Committee to change the Federal Voter Registration model to require proof of documentary films issued by the government.
It also tries to prevent countries from calculating the ballot cards that election officials receive after the Election Day.
